Meet Kiran, co-founder at Flask AI

With years of experience as an Organic and Medicinal Chemist and Drug Discovery Data Analyst, I’ve seen how disorganized lab data can slow down innovation and increase costs. This made me want to create tools that empower scientists to focus on what truly matters, discovery and progress.

My journey includes impactful research at leading institutes and industry where I honed my expertise in chemistry and drug discovery. Along the way, I’ve also been a teacher, sharing my love for chemistry and inspiring hundreds of students.

Today, I’m channeling this experience into FlaskAI, building an AI-powered platform that transforms lab chaos into actionable insights, saving time, reducing costs, and accelerating innovation for research organizations worldwide.

Why are we building Flask AI?

Chemistry is responsible most of the worlds advancement. Yet, the software that chemists use is completely outdated. Many of the tools were built 20 years ago with little to no updates since.

While other industries are embracing AI, chemistry has been left behind. Having experienced this frustration firsthand, and after speaking with many chemists, I decided to take action.

I brought together a team of incredible engineers, and we got to work. Our vision is simple: make chemistry about chemistry, not paperwork and help chemists run fewer bad experiments, save time, and save money.
